PRICE
All prices which is presented for service and product can paid by  in rupiah, american dollar or euros. we accept credt card Visa or Master Card. There is no service fee for processing Visa or MasterCard payments. However if you wish to pay for your booking with an American Express card, a service fee of 3% applies and will be added to the final invoice.

The payment for overland must be done 20 % of total price for confirmation and the rest must be paid day of your arrival in the airport or 30 days before your arrival date full payment is required.

You will be informed by e-mail when you need to pay the balance of your booking which is 30 days before your departure date.

CANCELLATION
For cancellations received up to 30 calendar days before the scheduled departure, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
For cancellations received 15 -29 calendar days before the scheduled departure date a 60% cancellation fee will be charged.
For cancellations received 7 -14 calendar days before the scheduled departure date a 80% cancellation fee will be charged.
For cancellations received within 7 calendar days before the scheduled departure date a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation of the tour or another service can not refundable or change with another tour/service.
Cancellation of the hotel made by your self can not change with another hotel.
No-Show charge of 100% of the TOTAL price

TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is advised that all travelers should purchase adequate travel insurance at the time of booking flights.

Please note that individual travel insurance is not included in the tour price and all medical costs and other costs involved must be paid by the client. It is therefore strongly recommended that participants take out personal insurance, during the active tours.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
Terms and condition, performance and all arising out dispute from or in its relation with conditions and this rule is set by law of Indonesia. You herewith agree and bow to jurisdiction of non-exclusive justice of Republic Of Indonesia in all arising out question and controversy from or in its relation with conditions and rule, performance and usage of this site.

PASSPORT, VISA AND IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENT

It is your responsibility to fullfil the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements. Validity of your passport must be minimum valable 6 month after tour from Indonesia.
